All wall stickers are made out of high quality matt vinyl and are easy to peel off the sheet and stick to your wall. Our stickers are made to be stuck to dry clean walls and we advise against sticking them to newly painted walls (please wait 3-6 weeks for the paint to dry and settle).
We include a test sticker with every order so you can test the adhesivity of the sticker on your wall. Should you encounter any problems with the test sticker you can return you sticker sets to us for a full refund (providing they have not been opened or used).
All orders include a FREE Posie Pop scraper to help with the removal of stickers. We advise caution when removing the stickers, please don't rush, especially if they have been stuck to the wall for a while.
We specifically make our stickers out of vinyl which can be easily removed from walls however we cannot guarantee the condition of your walls and paint and cannot therefore accept liabilty for any damage caused (please note, this would be especially rare).
- A test sticker will be included in all sets to give you the opportunity to test the adhesivity of the sticker to your desired location. The test sticker will be made of the same vinyl but may not be in the same design or colour as your order (it is just for testing before you open the sticker set).
- These stickers can only be applied to clean, dry, product free walls (clean painted walls are ideal).
- All stickers will arrive ready to be stuck in your desired location.
- As with all stickers, you will have to peel and then stick it to the location of your choice.
- Place the sticker on the wall with care, pressing from one edge to the other to minimise bubbles and creases.
- Should you encounter bubbles or creases, in the first instance you should use your free scraper to iron out the bubble. However, if this does not work then use the scraper to remove the sticker (slowly sliding the scraper under the sticker and then lifting). You can then re-stick the sticker on to your wall.
This depends entirely on how you care for your stickers and the condition of your walls. The vinyl manufacturers advise that the vinyl has a lifetime durabilty of 3 years however with good care we would expect your stickers to last much longer.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns on all non-personalised orders as long as the stickers have not been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Whilst we do offer free delivery on some of our items we are unable to cover the cost of delivery for returns. We will only cover the sale price of the items you originally bought from us.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the exchanged products.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
